GreenICE dry ice blasting
Precision X Pro
Particle control. Pressure control. A process tailored to the surface.
The Precision X Pro combines mechanical particle adjustment, independent ice dosing and regulated blasting pressure in a professional dry ice cleaning system. Run full 0.118 in (3 mm) pellets or reduce particle size to match the cleaning task, surface and available air supply.

PURPOSE BUILT FOR YOUR WORK
Features that support the process
01
Select particle size
The mechanical particle control lets you move from full pellets to a finer particle distribution.
02
Tune pressure and dosing
Independent controls help balance impact, ice use and cleaning coverage.
03
See the work
The professional blasting gun includes dual LED lighting and a nozzle connection for detailed cleaning.
APPLICATIONS
Where it fits
Automotive restoration
Work on suitable undercarriage areas, components and assemblies with tested settings.
Molds and machinery

PLAN THE RIGHT SETUP
Selection and operating notes
- Provide clean, dry compressed air. A minimum of 40 CFM is required; 80+ CFM is recommended for stronger performance, subject to nozzle and pressure selection.
- Air treatment, hose size, pressure at the gun and contamination determine results. Test delicate surfaces before cleaning.
- Follow the operating manual for grounding, ventilation and personal protective equipment.
