Approximate reference values are for equipment selection. Actual air and ice consumption depend on nozzle, pressure, feed setting and application. A machine airflow range is not a guaranteed minimum compressor size. Ask for the nozzle demand at your intended working pressure.
Larger hopper for industrial cleaning
The larger hopper reduces refill interruptions compared with the compact machines. Electric controls and a single-hose layout support adjustable dry ice delivery for routine industrial maintenance.
Options and system planning
Request a high-pressure build up to 232 PSI, a nozzle and hose package, or a matched compressor and air-treatment package. High-pressure operation requires the specifically rated machine, gun, hoses, fittings and air-treatment components. Do not operate a standard 145 PSI machine at 232 PSI.
Tell us the surface, contamination, available CFM and pressure, air-line length, power supply and desired working time. We will specify a compatible system and identify what is included versus optional. Pricing and freight are confirmed with your quote.
Selection and configuration
North American threaded connections are configured as NPT. Confirm diameter, mating components, pressure rating and delivered configuration. Dimensions, lengths and weights are approximate rounded North American values. Hopper capacities are rounded up and vary with ice packing. Fractional-inch fitting and nozzle sizes remain fractional; confirm exact fit before ordering.
Values labeled Reference describe the manufacturer’s reference configuration. Confirm the current GreenICE generation, North American electrical supply and included equipment. Inlet diameter alone does not determine cleaning power or compressor demand.
Electric drive with direct dial control
The E60 Pro is the dial-controlled electric model in the GreenICE ForgeLine 60 Series. It uses the large version-two frame shared by the S60 Pro and P60 Pro, with electrically driven dosing and manual controls instead of a smart screen. Compressed air is still required for blasting.
Where it works best
A practical choice for workshop cleaning, industrial maintenance and restoration teams that want direct manual adjustment and have both compressed air and electrical power available. Adjustable ice delivery lets the operator tune the cleaning process to the contamination and substrate. Test representative surfaces before proceeding.
Compatible add-ons
Add the abrasive media hopper and sandblasting attachment for compatible surface-preparation work. Specify approved media, a suitable gun and nozzle, dust controls and the required finish when ordering. Abrasive blasting removes material and may change the surface profile. Attachment capacity, fittings and ratings are confirmed with your quotation.
Choose the standard 145 PSI (10 bar) machine or request the optional high-pressure package up to 232 PSI (16 bar). High-pressure operation requires a correctly rated machine, gun, hose, fittings and air-treatment system. Media-package compatibility at 232 PSI must be confirmed separately.
