FAQs
What products does AeroX Industries offer?
AeroX Industries designs and manufactures professional dry ice blasting systems, compressors, generators, nozzles, hoses, laser cleaners, and industrial accessories for automotive, industrial, restoration, and mobile cleaning applications.
Who are AeroX systems designed for?
Our systems are built for professional users, including automotive detailers, restoration shops, industrial maintenance teams, food processing facilities, contractors, and mobile service operators.
Do you sell complete systems or individual components?
We offer both complete turnkey systems and individual components, allowing customers to build, upgrade, or expand their setup as needed.
What is dry ice blasting?
Dry ice blasting is a non-abrasive, non-conductive cleaning method that uses solid CO₂ pellets to remove contaminants without damaging the underlying surface.
Will dry ice blasting damage surfaces?
No. When properly configured, dry ice blasting is safe for delicate surfaces, including wiring, sensors, seals, plastics, and painted components.
What size dry ice pellets are used?
Most AeroX machines use 3mm dry ice pellets, with optional fragmenting adapters to reduce pellet size for precision or delicate cleaning.
Does dry ice blasting leave residue?
No. Dry ice sublimates on impact, leaving no secondary waste—only the removed contamination remains.
How much air (CFM) do I need?
CFM requirements depend on the machine:
-
Compact systems: 40–80 CFM
-
Industrial systems: 130–375+ CFM
We help customers properly size their compressor for optimal performance.
Can I use a gas-powered compressor?
Yes. AeroX systems are fully compatible with diesel and gasoline rotary screw compressors, making them ideal for mobile and remote job sites.
Is PSI more important than CFM?
No. CFM is more critical than PSI. Without enough air volume, pressure alone will not sustain effective blasting performance.
Are AeroX nozzles and hoses interchangeable?
Yes. Most AeroX nozzles, hoses, and accessories use 1/2” NPT threads, cam-locks, or quick-disconnect systems for plug-and-play compatibility.
Do you offer different nozzle styles?
Yes. We offer precision, flat, round, general, power, and specialty nozzles, each designed for specific airflow and cleaning needs.
Can I upgrade my system later?
Absolutely. Many AeroX machines support upgrades, including high-pressure configurations, media blasting hoppers, longer hoses, and specialty nozzles.
What is laser cleaning used for?
Laser cleaners are used to remove rust, paint, coatings, oxidation, and contaminants with extreme precision and minimal heat impact.
Is pulse fiber laser cleaning safe for metal?
Yes. Pulse fiber technology minimizes heat transfer, allowing safe cleaning without warping, discoloration, or weakening the base material.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship across the United States, and select products are available for international shipping upon request.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Most AeroX systems include a 1-year limited warranty. Warranty details vary by product.
