Description
AEROX INDUSTRIES
Refrigerated air drying
AeroX AirID 240R
Reliable moisture control for shop and production air.
The AirID 240R cools compressed air to condense water vapor, separates the resulting liquid and drains it automatically. Its rated 240 CFM capacity suits appropriately configured compressor systems serving tools, production equipment and cleaning operations.

PURPOSE BUILT FOR YOUR WORK
Features that support the process
01
Condense moisture
The refrigeration circuit lowers air temperature so water can be separated.
02
Drain automatically
An automatic drain removes collected condensate during operation.
03
Build a treatment system
Combine cooling, filtration and additional drying around the application requirement.
APPLICATIONS
Where it fits
Workshop air
Condition air for suitable automotive and fabrication equipment.
Production systems
Support correctly sized rotary screw compressor installations.
Blasting preparation
Use as a drying stage where its dew point range meets the process needs.

Selection and operating notes
- Rated capacity depends on inlet and ambient conditions. Check correction factors and the required electrical configuration before selecting the dryer.
- Refrigerated drying does not reach below freezing dew points. Desiccant drying may be required for exposed cold lines or more demanding moisture specifications.
- Keep the condenser clean, maintain ventilation and verify drain operation as part of routine service.
