PURPOSE BUILT FOR YOUR WORK

Features that support the process

01

Adsorb water vapor

Desiccant media removes moisture beyond the dew point range of refrigerated drying.

02

Regenerate automatically

A timed cycle alternates towers while a portion of dry air regenerates the offline tower.

03

Protect the process

Proper upstream cooling and filtration help maintain drying performance and desiccant condition.

APPLICATIONS

Where it fits

Dry ice blasting

Reduce moisture exposure in appropriately sized cleaning systems.

Precision process air

Condition air for applications with a specified dew point requirement.

Humid operating conditions

Review inlet conditions and treatment capacity for your location.

PLAN THE RIGHT SETUP

Selection and operating notes

  • Size around flow, inlet temperature, pressure, humidity and purge consumption. Include regeneration air when calculating the compressor capacity required at the tool.
  • Do not assume operation above rated capacity preserves dew point. Confirm correction factors and limits for the proposed installation.
  • Provide suitable upstream liquid separation and oil filtration. Monitor dew point, pressure drop, drains and desiccant condition.
  • G1 and 1 in NPT are different thread standards. Confirm the delivered connections and use the correct adapters.
