The AeroX DryForce 400 is a high-capacity, 12V-powered aftercooler and multi-stage filtration system engineered to rapidly cool compressed air and remove up to 70% of bulk liquid moisture before it reaches dryers, blasting systems, or pneumatic equipment.

For diesel dry ice blasting, this is essential equipment.
For any high-output compressor, this is serious protection.

❄ Performance & Moisture Removal

Compressed air leaving diesel and rotary screw compressors is extremely hot and fully saturated.

The DryForce 400™:

Stage 2 – Condensate Collection Tank

Captures heavy liquid water immediately after cooling.

Stage 3 – High-Flow Air / Water Separator

Removes remaining droplets at full flow capacity.

Stage 4 – Oil & Fine Particulate Filter

• Oil aerosol removal
• Liquid particle removal down to <3 micron
• Solid particle removal down to <3 micron
• Oil carryover after separation: approx. 3 PPM
