Description

💨 HIGH-FLOW AIR SUPPLY HOSE

For Revive Series & LP20/40 Dry Ice Blasters

Compressor → Blaster Connection Line

🔥 BUILT FOR PERFORMANCE

This is the primary air supply hose that connects your air compressor directly to your dry ice blaster.

Not your blasting hose.
Not an extension.
This is the high-pressure supply line feeding your system.

⚙️ KEY FEATURES

🛠 Cam-Lock Quick Connect System
💪 300 PSI Burst Rating
📏 1/2” Internal Diameter (True Flow ID)
💨 Rated for up to 120 CFM
🔩 Includes One Male Cam-Lock Fitting
🏭 Industrial Grade Construction

📊 AIRFLOW PERFORMANCE (1/2” ID Hose)

At 145 PSI:

• Ideal operating range: 30–100 CFM
• Capable up to ~120 CFM with minimal pressure drop
• Excellent match for Revive R1, LP20/40, AutoX, and other 1/2” inlet systems

Because this hose runs from the compressor to the blaster, longer lengths do NOT reduce available CFM like blasting hoses do.

Air supply hoses carry volume — they do not meter ice.

📈 WHEN TO UPGRADE TO 3/4” HOSE

Upgrade to 3/4” ID if:

• You are running over 120 CFM consistently
• You are feeding high-CFM machines (S60, P60, E60 Pro)
• You are operating at long distances with 150+ CFM compressors
• You notice pressure drop under heavy continuous load

Rule of thumb:

1/2” ID = Ideal for systems up to ~120 CFM
3/4” ID = Recommended above 120–130 CFM

If your compressor is 80 CFM or less — 1/2” is perfect.
If you’re running 150–220 CFM — move to 3/4”.

🚀 WHY DIAMETER MATTERS

Airflow is determined by internal diameter.

A 1/2” hose has approximately 40% less flow area than a 3/4” hose.
That difference becomes critical above 120 CFM.

Correct hose sizing ensures:

• Stable pressure at the blaster
• Consistent ice feed
• Maximum cleaning power
• Reduced compressor strain

🏁 PERFECT MATCH FOR

✔ Revive R1
✔ LP20/40 Series
✔ AutoX
✔ Precision X Pro
✔ Any 1/2” air inlet dry ice blaster

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE

Longer blasting hoses require more CFM.
Longer air supply hoses do NOT reduce system performance when properly sized.

If unsure about your compressor and hose sizing, contact AeroX support before ordering.
