The AeroX P60 Pro™ is the fully pneumatic workhorse of the ForgeLine 60 Series lineup — built for professionals who demand rugged simplicity and maximum uptime in demanding environments.

⚙️ Fully Pneumatic Air Command™ Control System

The P60 Pro operates entirely on compressed air using AeroX’s Air Command™ pneumatic control system.

This makes it ideal for:

It is immune to voltage drops, electrical failure, and power inconsistencies.

💨 Air Usage Trade-Off (Important to Understand)

Because the P60 Pro is fully pneumatic, it uses approximately 10–15% of your total available CFM to power:

• Ice dosing motor
• Pneumatic vibration system
• Internal control logic
• Pneumatic oiling system

Example:
If running a 185 CFM compressor, roughly 160–165 CFM remains available for blasting.

This is the trade-off for mechanical reliability — and why correct compressor sizing is critical.

The P60 Pro features a 1” NPT air inlet and is built for serious airflow.

Minimum usable airflow: approximately 130 CFM
Recommended airflow: 185 CFM
Heavy-duty airflow: 375 CFM for maintaining higher pressures and wider coverage

PSI without sufficient CFM will not sustain performance.
Proper air volume is critical.
